The Boscawen dump, err, transfer station, has a pallet for interesting
batteries and a container for electronics. Take the battery out and
with IT
departments, but you can give them a call to find out.

RST Recycling in Hudson, NH is where I'd go. They accept lead-acid batteries
with a per-pound fee for disposal and all electronics are free. It shouldn't
cost you too much.
