good distro/instructions for soekris box?

Does anybody here have a favorite distro or a pointer to a favorite set of directions for installing Linux/BSD onto a Soekris box? I plan on using a 1MB CF card for my storage (no moving parts). I'll probably end up running HTTP/SSH/DHCP/firewall and possibly some other stuff on the box. There'
