I had tried to get in touch with various "leaders" following the D
BUG has been around for a while. I remember it from my short stint as
GNHLUG leader. I think it even goes back to the days of NNEUUG.
It was supposed to be an organization which could help User Groups
coordinate activities (like inter-group meetings and events), but I
don't think it went anywhere.
Nope. Looks like a hybrid between:
* Microsoft's idea of "community", SharePoint and all; and
* those websites you get when you misspell a URL in Google (e.g.
http://vnn.com/).
I'd just ignore this group of self appointed leaders who can't seem to
grasp English grammar.
As for advertising value-
