libgsf 1.14.26 released

libgsf 1.14.26 has been released with two main updates: 1. Introspection is now functional and produces bindings at least good enough for a small (included) python test program. 2. We now have a gsf/gsf.h header as the recommended single include. Including individual headers still works.
