I would like to ask for a freeze break request to introduce a new empty
view when Tracker is not available [1].
This is a long standing issue for newcomers who want to contribute to Music
using flatpak without tracker installed (for example, Tracker is not
installed by default on Ubuntu).

Hi,
during UI review of the display panel changes a few regressions were
found. The main change is that the scaling UI should be reverted to
match 3.30. The current UI was not quite finished with some more
experimentations happening that were not finalised.
The following changes are requested:
Are we really showing a GDBus error message in a landing screen aimed at
newcomers? Because that would be an immediate -1 from me.
