I have a text file in UTF-8 format.
i will scann this file with c/c++.
internally use glibc wchar_t (wide chars).
how i can convert to/from wide chars to utf8.

A string is marked fuzzy when there is a similar translation in the
catalog. (Sometimes it's not similar at all, I guess that's gettext's
fault)

I have changed an error string

to include the path in it.
