I just committed a change that adds the notification area to the default
panel layout. You might need to redo some screenshots for the release
notes and the GNOME Tour.
Translators who already did some screenshots might also need to redo

This patch prevents the proxy from trying to connect to the server if
the account is offline. It adds a new string to warn the users that the
account is offline so cc'ing gnome-i18n mailing list too.
