The following changes are made.
1. The position of widgets search_case_check and search_matches_label
are interchanged.
2. The Matches label is not displayed before the search is performed.

Committed a patch to Epiphany CVS with a new string "I_con:".

We use "I_con:" as a label for a widget allowing the user to select an
icon for a bookmark.
