By fixing bug 143646 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143646)
we needed to change a string found in
gedit/gedit-io-error-message-area.c:
_(This file (%s) is already opened in another gedit window.) instead
of _(The file %s is already open).

With the acceptance of Orca into GNOME 2.16 (THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR
SUPPORT), we've created a new orca.desktop.in file. This file lives in
the top level directory of the orca module and contains the following
