it seems that the version of gimp has to be updated for download...
i have added the po files upstream after the gimp 2.2 release so i
guess it was not included in the version ..
As Neumann says it will be included in 2.4

gnome-vfs, eel and nautilus have been branched for 2.18 work. The 2.16
branch is gnome-2-16.
There is not a lot of plans for 2.18, as I'm mostly gonna spend what
time I have on gvfs.
