The "Tomboy/PreferencesDialog.cs" has been modified to have an "Add-ins" tab instead of a "Plugins" tab. The UI is somewhat different than the old plugins tab. It more resembles the Add-ins dialog included in MonoDevelop. This file contains both new UI and new strings (for buttons/etc.). -Boyd

String + UI change: New dialog for Tomboy addins

I've moved most of our old Plugins to use the new Mono.Addin support. With this, there's a new AddinInfoDialog (exactly the same as the info dialog used in MonoDevelop). The code for it is found in Tomboy/PreferencesDialog.cs. When a user highlights an addin in the preferences dialog and click on
