It is shown when the user tries to save to an unsupported file format
and should avoid a crasher.
This adds 3 translatable strings to EOG.

Added missing mnemonic for Plain Text Mode in edit - preferences - mail
preferences - html mail - HTML mode by adding mnemonic_widget in
plugins/prefer-plain/prefer-plain.c.
