gnome-packagekit in gnome svn

Guys and girls, I've imported gnome-packagekit into gnome SVN on request of quite a few translators. I'll continue to use git as the primary SCM, but I'll sync to and from gnome.org SVN every day or so. You can get the source doing the standard: svn checkout svn +ssh://@svn.gnome.org/svn/gnome-p
