Balsa statistics not updated

Hi, Beagle ships with a firefox extension which allows strings to be translated (beagle/firefox-extension/chrome/locale/). But currently the files are not marked for translation. The author of the extension provided a translation for zh-CN but of course we would like the extension to be translate
