Formally, I'd prefer waiting for the coordinator's approval (he recently
committed to SVN, so he's not so unreachable), but let's say for this

I've just committed a change to Mouse capplet with:
* Motion Threshold: --> Motion threshold: (as per HIG this should be
sentence, not header);
* Proper GtkSizeGroup for scales in General and Accessibility tabs;
* Fix indentation, spacing, border, padding here and there.

I haven't changed the spokesperson of Czech, I have just added the
website, the mailing list and where to subscribe, and since all of them
are in a *.gnome.org domain I thought it was well
