This is just a warning about translator names in NEWS file:
You should get the translator name from the Last Translator field in
the .po file, not from po/Changelog. Sometimes the translator is not the
same person as who commits the file.

I think, or at least what I understand, is not to be able to download
from Launchpad, instead be able to merge to different po files.
This doesn't mean that having a downloader of Launchpad po files will be
good :)
