Hi there,
The following file is being downloaded in what seems to be binary
format: http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/glade3/HEAD/po/pt_BR. Since
Vertimus does a validation with msgfmt before uploading, I'm wondering

Thanks in advance,

Hi,
I think he is talking about the attachments.
There was a bug that has been fixed (but the previous uploaded ones
remains with .po extension).
The bug: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=567512
You can download the file and change it's extension too.

I can't find where to set team mailing list in Damned Lies,
so that the team is notified when translators upload files.
Where to set that in Damned Lies?
Thanks,

Ok, turns out the translator had added a tar.gz (or some other
combination) and the extension was changed to .po. So you can imagine
what vim would display when opening such a file. :)

So, I still think it is a good idea to contact the authors just to be
sure (if for no other reason than they may be able to help the
translations live on) but this seems like fairly decent confirmation
that the information is licensed appropriately and can be used.

I'd say this clears up the licensing concerns. It's good to see people
