Vertimus 'commit' and 'backup' actions

Hi team coordinators, With the resolution of bug #567251, a backup action will now always follow immediately and automatically a 'commit' (Inform of submission) action in l10n.gnome.org/vertimus. We still have to implement the functionality to browse the action history after a backup. http://bugz
