UI/String change - Eye of GNOME

Hi all, We just reverted the addition of Dialogs tab in the preferences dialog as we think options in it (properties dialog layout for small screens and file choose behavior) are most likely to be on all the time anyway. This removes some strings for translation. The user manual will likely be

Hi, within bug [1] had been committed fix which changes one string: -property name=label translatable=yesFetch A_ll Headers/property +property name=label translatable=yes_Fetch All Headers/property in a glade file. This string can be seen on an IMAP Headers tab of an IMAP account
