The changes are, again, fairly minor, and shouldn't result in much extra

commit e7a72f9e188930149f46b0994a005dfefa803dfc in epiphany master
changes the string 'Enable Java' to 'Enable Plugins', since I've made
the setting control all plugins in general and not only Java.
