I just fixed typos in two Caribou strings. [1]
I also added translator comments for keyboard types (Touch/Full
scale/Scan), thanks to Eitan Isaacson explanations. I think that it
would be worth checking the validity of existing translations for these
strings.

This patch changes the menu items under the Help menu in Nautilus.
It changes "Contents" to "All Topics" and then adds a few choice
topics underneath.
Adding menu items is a UI change, I guess, so I need release team
approval. There's no docs team
