How is a language included in the release notes of the latest gnome
version? What is the criteria for a language to appear in the release
notes? according to the release notes of 3.2 it says that at least 80%
translations ought to be done. How can Telugu be included to the
release

I saw the POT file for release notes of 3.4 and I found Telugu(te)
language included. I guess telugu will be included in the release notes.
