Hi there,
I just notice this video [1], which I think is a great idea for reaching
more users. However, why not allow language teams to translate subtitles
and make the vide more accessible for those who don't understand english
very well ?

Release notes 3.12 are not translated to the Slovak language. User
visiting https://help.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/3.12/ see the Slovak
release notes for 3.10 instead the English version for 3.12. It's wrong.
