string addition to Gtk

Hi, I just pushed a patch for a small bug in the GtkFileChooeser ( https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=753969) The patch adds a string that is shown in an error dialog when the user tries to use a folder for which he does not have permission. Ciao, Paolo _
