I've merged a 3½-year-old patch to GNOME Initial Setup that changes two
strings:
- "The username cannot start with a “-”." becomes "The username must start
with a lower case letter from a-z."
- "The username should only consist of upper and lower case letters from
a-z, digits and the

These relate to the migration to use an AdwAboutDialog, showing headers
in the "Legal" section for data providers:
- "Map Data Provider"
Section header for map data copyright (mentioning OpenStreetMap and
contributors.
- "Map Tile Provider"
