liboobs now have the "fictional" gnome-2-16 branch, although the DBus
changes didn't get into GNOME 2.16, some distro(s?) chose to ship it,

according to the i18n team rules[2], I do not need explicit approval
from them, but I guess I still need the hard code freeze approval, sorry
for being too late, I hope this gets sorted out before I have to make
the 2.18.0

system tools, have been moved to FreeDesktop [1]. IMO, being a project
