String freeze breakage: gnome-applets and libgnomekbd

Hi all There was one obsolete .schemas.in file in gnome-applets/gswitchit (these entries were not used in 2.18 anyway). Now the gconf data is updated and moved into libgnomekbd (where it is actually used). There are just 3 gconf entries and they are only visible in gconf-editor and such - so
