How to view release changes strings in action

I see strings for appdata.xml being added to the different GNOMEsoftware like gedit:

msgid "This is a bugfix release for GNOME 3.32. Changes:"
msgid "Reintroduce enable-gvfs-metadata build option"
msgid "Fix several crash bugs"
Etc.

I would like to be able to see these strings in action so how/where cani see them?
