I just found a file translated to Basque lang, which it wasn't uploaded
by me (Basque translation team leader). This translation was not revised
by me and contains multiple errors and does not follows basque

Contacts wasn't always in GNOME git. Could've been uploaded while it
wasn't on git.gnome.org. Perhaps when adding to damned-lies a more clear
notification should go out to check existing translations?
