Thanks Olav, it worked. The require_explicit_destination option is found under Privacy Options/Recipient Filters in mailman. A less complicated alternative would be to pick the RSS feeds that cia.cx produces, and then find an RSS to Email service. This does not produce 'realtime' notifications
