Typo certainly; but do note that part (the whole rncontributors.xml
file) is commented out and not part of the release notes;

Ok great stuff, thanks for the overview Frederic. You are rigth that looking
for changes of the small grammitical kind in long strings is bothersome, but
missing sections are not a problem. So as soon as the proofreading of the
existing sections is complete we can probably start.
