Hi, our beloved Vuntz posted a lovely patch [1] and [2] for gnome-screenshot today, which adds the long-requested feature of capturing an user-selected area of the screen. The patch works fine in my testing, and IMHO it would be a nice feature to have in 2.26. It adds 3 new strings for
