GNOME Power Manager has branched for 2-16, and all ongoing development
work will be done on HEAD.
Plans for HEAD:
* CPU frequency scaling.
* Better preferences application.
* Integrate g-p-m with more software, e.g. nautilus.
* Put the graphing stuff out of process.
* Control more

I'm trying to download from CVS but only 2-14 and HEAD are available.
