Once a user and access token are created, the access token will need adding to
ansible vault to set up the gnome lorry server.

Possibly the best solution is to have a user called "lorry-controller" that has
access to the mirrors group and create an access token from there.

@jjardon That access token is for a project "Mirror Location" within the group.
I think we need an access token for the "Infrastructure/Mirrors" group so that
lorry can create the repos it needs to.
I'm currently testing that "Mirror Location" project to see if lor
