What happens inside an application window is generally up to the
application or the toolkit it uses - in particular what action is
performed in response to events like single/double clicks is
completely outside the compositor's control. That is, your problem is
a question for nautilus, not gnome-sh

A few weeks ago, I upgraded my office computer to 3.26, and now double-
clicking on a file in Files doesn't run the viewer/editor but opens the
directory in Files (effectively doing nothing, although I get a
"loading" cursor for a few seconds)
right-clicking on the file and selecting the fi
