Anyone already have a full manual ("doc set"?) for gnumeric? Already built, perhaps .pdf? What I saw at the gnumeric site was a *tree* of doc, each node of it containing only a few pages of text. Sure would be nice to have the whole thing as one (huge) .pdf-file, with all the .gif and .png files
