When cloing the books, the user is presented with a dialog that says:
You have asked for a book to be created. This book...
Click on 'Next' to create this book.
Click on 'Back' to adjust the dates.
The buttons are labeled 'Back' and 'Forward', should probly either change the
dialog text to
