Two words: "Printable Copy". We want to be able to have a source that
allows us to put it on the web OR turn it into a PDF for printing.

I can easily produce static html docs from the docbook docs... Just

dropped a '!' in exim4.conf. The result is that it looks like I
splattered a whole slew of emails all over the place.
