Italian help in 2.2.8 release

I downloaded and tried today the windows binary of gnucash 2.2.8 and I saw that there aren't the Italian help files available by browsing the source. I also noted that some terms don't get translated in the reset warnings window although they were translated in the po file. Thanks Cristian
