I solved my problem in 2.2.6 now.
After importing the Quicken 2009 qif file the properties of one bank account
was wrong, and therefore the deposit and withdrawal values were
interchanged. Correcting it to bank and this problem was solved.
Other problems in 2.2.6 with qif import:

Quicken 2009 German. Don't know what Oth S means, both were bank accounts,
so i don't know why the qif export of Quicken interpreted them as Oth S.
