Win32 webkit font backend

Hello, developers. I'm working on fixing Bug#611579. Gnucash reports worked fine in Japanese by setting pango.aliases before. However, it didn't work recently. Gnucash introduced webkit 1.1.90 for windows recently and pango.aliases seems not to be read. Doesn't webkit use pango.aliase any more?
