gnucash 1.8 and HBCI does not work?

Hello everyone, the SID Debian packages should be a big step forward in getting a smooth installation of gnucash. After having installed gnucash and gnucash-hbci gnucash came up nicely. However, there was no menu entry for HBCI like fetch balance. any idea of what may be wrong? Eildert
