Latest WIKI page for stock quote setup

After all of the discussion on the yahoo quotes no longer working I was trying to find the latest wiki page describing how to change to AlphaVantage and changing all of the required files. Thanks to everyone that worked on getting Price::Quotes back to an operational state. -- Ken linux

Finance-Quote on Win 8.1 OK but fails on Win 10

For background, I've been using GnuCash 2.6.16 on an HP desktop running Win 8.1 and an HP laptop running Win 10.0 Home version. I usually update quotes on the Win 8.1 machine, store the .gnucash account file on Dropbox and then download/run that file to the Win 10.0 machine. I do the reverse
