YTD budget will definitely be affected because it's unmaintained and old.
The good news is the conventional budget report will have similar
functionality called "use accumulated amounts".

I don’t download any data either, and have had no issues that I needed to
upgrade for. I just like keeping with the most current version for bug fixes.
You should probably upgrade to 2.6.21 first. That is the last version that can
read a 3.x file if you need to go backwards for some reason.

Filename = saved-reports-2.8
Made a copy and was able to open with NotePad++ and I can see the way the

You could use the Business Features Accounts Receivable process to create an
invoice when the rents are dues and then record the payments when they are
