Update: I tried also setting a fixed Start Date and end of "Today", as
well as a fixed start and end date. All configurations give the same
error. Again, no error in the GUI.

In scheduled transactions, on the frequency tab enter weekly in Frequency and
the date when it will start, then every 4 weeks in the next box below,
This will give you every 4 weeks transaction.
