I have just acquired a new computer. I moved all my gnucash files to the
new computer by copy-paste. But when I open my accounting files in the new
computer, I notice that some of the transactions are missing . What do I do?

I got this to work with a Transaction Report.
Options > Accounts > Accounts > (select desired Asset parent and its
children)

When I create new accounts they do not display in the accounts list. The
account is created and I can find it with "Edit > Find Account," but it does
not appear in the list.
