Yes, the Wiki covers theming. On Windows you can use an .ini file, or you can use a custom CSS file. Look over that section of the Wiki and check those two locations. You can simply comment out the relevant lines in the respective files to undo any changes you made. That may not qualify as

I am running Gnucash on MacOS, but presumably the philosophy behind customizing the look if the interface is the same. The way things look as far as "themes" go is dictated by a file called "gtk.css". I don't know where this particular file is saved on a Windows system, but you could probably

I'm currently using Windows 11 and GnuCash 4.14. Several years ago I installed a theme, something like leather dark, I really don't remember which one or where I got it, it took me seemingly forever to install it, I have zero memory of what I did. *Is there any easy way to go back to a "clean"
