Thanks – moving on; I followed this: 1) Just create a new file:  File -> New File (I called it spf2) 2) Save to a folder in your personal workspace. Just like you'd do with your personal word processing files. - (I did it into gnucash on Documents) Now I get the list of Asets Equity Expenses
