retrieval not working in Gnu ash 5.0

Apologies for duplicate request as first request didn’t go out with images!
Require some assistance please to reinstate Online Quote retrieval for USA and
Australian (ASX) stocks.
Previously running Gnucash 4.13 and no problem retrieving quotes

generally just manage to paste an image as the very last thing in an email
and that works fine for me.
