accounting to help locate those files and set you up with a backup or file
sync or roll your own.

Those .dll files are not needed to be recovered, as you got fresh copies
when you re-installed GnuCash on your new drive, assuming that you
re-installed GnuCash from the website https://www.gnucash.org/.

For the down loading if your OS is Linux you can easily copy the files
to another computer using ssh. That's what I do to back my data files
and config files from my Mac to my Linux laptop.

Don't worry about recovering those /dll files, they are part of the GnuCash
program that is freshly installed in your new SSD.
